How do I use the Cooling Therapy?
For cold therapy, put the cap in a freezer bag and leave it in the freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours.
How do I use the Heat Therapy?
When using for heat therapy, take the cap out of any plastic bags and microwave it for 10 seconds. If you need more heat, microwave in 5 seconds increments.
What is the cap made from?
Nylon, Spandex + Non-flowing gel.
How do I clean my headache cap?
Use damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat and air dry.
Can I bring my cap on the airplane?
Yes, these headache caps are TSA approved. Make sure to only bring one on the plane. If you want to bring more than one you will have to check them.
